School & Stakeholder Surveys
Michael Elphick and Associates has conducted stakeholder satisfaction surveys for both primary and secondary schools since 2010.
We run a variety of surveys every year from our Year 7 Transition Survey in the first term of the year through to our Year 12 EXIT Survey which opens in term 3. Our database is extensive and grows each year giving weight and authority to our benchmarks and knowledge of stakeholder opinion.
We routinely conduct Staff, Parent Satisfaction, EXIT and School Choice Surveys for individual schools and for school systems. Contact us for more information.

Leadership Development
In cooperation with our partners at Michael Thornber & Associates we offer a range of skill-based workshops and programs to support leadership development within schools, aged care and the community sector. Our programs are recognized by both ACU National and the Broken Bay Institute as eligible to contribute to their master’s degree programs. Stage One of our program, Managing Self, is NESA (NSW) accredited. Contact us for more information!
Building Child Safe Organizations
In recent years much of our work has focused on supporting schools and community groups to ensure they are conducting their enterprise with the best interest of children and young people in mind. We have worked across NSW, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT to review child protection policy and practice and to build child safe organizations. Contact us for more information.

Workplace Investigation
Schools and community organizations confronted with employee misconduct often need external support as they investigate and respond to allegations.
We support organisations to manage these difficult moments effectively by providing advice, developing policy and investigation protocols, sourcing investigators and liaising with external authorities such as Police, the Ombudsman and other authorities. Contact us for more information.
